ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (not including weekend days).
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• Orders with Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 pm PST.
• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday,
excluding major holidays).
We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. and its territories.
*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

SALES TAX
All orders shipped to California residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax is automatically calculated and added during the checkout process.

Of course we want you to love our product as much as we do! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unopened condition for a full refund or exchange.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Of course we want you to love our product as much as we do! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unopened condition for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any custom stationery orders. Custom order returns will be given store credit only. We cannot refund shipping charges, however, if you would like an exchange, you will not be charged for the shipment of the replacement item. HOW TO RETURN
A return shipment label will be included in your shipment. Please follow the directions on your invoice slip and return the package to us within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued a Lucky Paperie gift card to be used by one year from date of issue.
SHIPPING
We ship with USPS priority mail shipping. Packages will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Overnight express service is available for rush orders. Each time a shipment is placed, an email confirmation will be sent with shipping date and tracking information.

We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of the personal information that you share with us. unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. as a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. once we receive your transmission, we will do our best to protect its security on our systems.
